    The room had a comfortable bed and was spacious with a seating area. The bathroom included a shower and luxury bath amenities. I loved the view. The food at the hotel bar was tasty, especially the burger. Really enjoyed the fitness centre too for keeping fit while away.

    I was having a trunk show and team party in my suite. I loved the convenience of having the housekeeping help me with the party.

    I did feel that the staff in the Lobby Lounge could have been more service oriented......in fact, the staff could have been more service oriented as they are for example at the Essex House in nyc or any Four Seasons. Service and graciousness fell short of a 5 star hotel...especially one with as much of a reputation as the Ritz.

    The location was in a fantastic spot for our trip. Just 15 minutes on foot to Montgomery Street underground, was a big plus. A wide array of amazing food, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

    I was completely blown away by the seamless arrival experience! The doormen welcomed me with top hats, and the fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. My room was pristine with a comfy bed.

    During our two-night stay, we were disappointed with the sofa bed, which my kids said was the least comfortable bed of our trip. It was unfortunate they didn't share their views while we were there, as it left us feeling let down. The timing of our room service was quite unsatisfactory.     I had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I tried the hotel bar and found the burger decent but not nice. It matched my expectations for a luxury stay.

    We had such a lovely time enjoying the fine corner king room and sipping on fine wine in the tasting room. The spa treatments and cozy lounge provided perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, it would be nice if the extra towels were stored in a different spot for convenience 😊
